“I am a printmaker, preservation framer, and pre-program conservator. I graduated from Kendall College of Art and Design with a BFA in printmaking and minor in illustration. Since graduating in 2020, I have interned at Flatbed Center for Contemporary – Austin, Texas, Third Coast Conservation LLC (Objects Conservation) – Elmhurst, Illinois, Reanda Art Conservation (Paintings Conservation), and Northwestern University Libraries (Paper Conservation) – Evanston, Illinois.
I began framing five years ago, and have become quite passionate about the materials used within the field. I have worked in a variety of frame shops from cost efficient to high end places working with museums. Throughout my years, I have learned about framing, the long term effects of specific materials, glazing, and framing my own art.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge of framing! I will talk about framing cost efficiently and taking into consideration the materials you use and how they age.”
