An English engineer/architect who had no formal tuition in art and did not paint until he retired 35 years ago, when he took it up as a hobby. He was eventually elected an Associate Member, British Watercolor Society, Fellow of the International Guild of Artists, and has won several prizes in the UK and USA. Geoffrey taught watercolor classes at the North Shore Art League and West Ridge Center until ill health intervened in 1998. With the help of friends he was able to resume painting in 2014.
